Exercise
People who frequently exercise have more energy, less anxiety, better self-esteem, and increased testosterone levels. However, these activities should be done in moderation because too much or too intense physical training may cause fatigue and affect sterility.
Eating healthy
Alongside exercise you should also look at having a healthy diet with increased intake of fertility building elements such as zinc, iron, protein and other vitamins and minerals. These foods include shellfish like oysters, animal protein like lean meat, dairy, milk products etc. Foods such as celery, beans, nuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds are also known to boost the production of your seminal fluid.
